Work on one project for 90 days, do not switch until you’ve gathered enough data to know whether it’ll work or not
Formulate it like this: In the next 90 days, I’m going to see if my outline for coaching can earn me $10,000. If I can earn $10,000 in a quarter, I know that increasing my efforts will result in a $10,000 month.
When you get frustrated, when you hit snags, know that you’re on the rollercoaster. Don’t measure vanity metrics.
Remember, your first stage goal is $10,000 on the idea itself. So if it takes you 82 days to get there, it’ll feel like a failure for the first 81. So give yourself the full time, and decide at the end of every quarter whether you want to continue that idea or work on a new one.
