This is far more than what we can reasonably accommodate in a workbook like this, so I’ll leave you with one form and format sheet. You’ll want to print multiple copies of this sheet. One for every idea you’ve already come up with, and a few dozen more to keep blank, to use when inspiration strikes.

This is probably the most valuable piece of the workbook, and the book itself. If you can train yourself to write your ideas down on these sheets, you can use them for literally anything: a blog post, a keynote speech, a coaching session.

It’ll be a lot, but that’s okay. We’re downloading your brain. It should be a lot.
